A bespoke culinary salon designed around the ritual of gastronomy: monolithic stone islands, fluted architectural wall systems, and intimate sommelier enclosures.

Designed as a private extension to a seaside villa in Jumeirah, the Fluted Oak Dining Pavilion focuses on tactile materiality. Custom fluted European white oak covers the walls, concealing specialized refrigeration, ambient glassware vitrines, and acoustic baffles.

At the center of the space, a 6.2-meter chef’s preparation island carved from a single slab of honed Calacatta marble provides a dramatic stage for Michelin-level private dining.

The sommelier wine cellar is enclosed by custom thermal bronze-framed fluted glass, maintained at a precise 14°C, creating a luminous jewel box that glows gently during evening dinner parties.
