Interior Design

Bespoke interior architecture that treats the interior volume as an intimate sanctuary. We design custom fluted joinery, curate monolithic travertine and basalt surfaces, and specify bespoke FF&E for penthouses, VIP majlis lounges, and executive suites.

5-Phase Delivery Sequence

Both Architecture and Interior commissions adhere to our partner-led 5-phase delivery framework to guarantee design precision, budget control, and punctual handover.

Feasibility & Spatial Analysis

Comprehensive site surveys, zoning analysis, sun/wind path simulations, baseline budget modeling, and detailed programmatic brief formulation.

Concept & Material Strategy

Physical massing models, 3D volumetric studies, tactile material sample boards (travertine, fluted oak, bronze), and schematic presentations.

Design Development & BIM

Full coordination of structural and MEP engineering, LOD 350 BIM modeling, custom joinery elevations, and acoustic performance calculations.

Tender & Technical Documentation

Production of 1:5 and 1:20 construction detail packages, bill of quantities (BOQ), FF&E procurement schedules, and contractor pre-qualification.

On-Site Supervision & Fitout Administration

Regular site audits, shop drawing verification, stonework and millwork quality control, and final snagging for client occupancy certification.
